By uniting Fontana Scorpions owned by Lupe Guerrero and Armando Garcia, Leones Negros Owned by Francisco Carranza (Paco) and Michel Arjona and Team Barcelona Owned by Carlos Sanchez With simple vision to provide low income Families in the Inland Empire a chance to play and participate in higher level of competition Soccer Leagues and Tournaments without the high cost that other Clubs in the area has stabilized.
